General shipping and return policies:
We make every effort to ship your items promptly using an express carrier service, generally within 3 business days of the purchase date for in-stock merchandise. However, you agree that we may ship anytime within 60 days of the purchase date. For delivery by December 23, 2010, your on-line order for in-stock merchandise should be placed by no later than December 15, 2010. After that date or for merchandise that is not in-stock, you may contact the dealership by telephone and request special delivery arrangements. If we learn that we are unable to ship your items within 60 days of the purchase date, we will notify you about the delay and seek your consent on the expected delivery date. We will promptly cancel your order and issue you a full refund if you do not consent to an expected delivery date after this 60 days period. Shipping is currently available only to valid business or residential addresses in the United States and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any shipping fees to return items are the responsibility of the customer. Any exchanges or returns must be authorized in advance by our customer service representatives. Certain items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. An item will be accepted as an exchange or return only if it is returned unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging.
